When you contact us via the form or the estimation flow, we collect: first name, last name, email, phone, property information (type, location, surface, capacity), and the free-form message you send us.

This data is used solely to contact you, prepare your revenue projection, and arrange a visit. It is never resold or shared with third-party advertisers.

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.

Under GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data. To exercise these rights, write to reservation@smartstay.fr.

Contact emails are relayed via our OVH provider (France). The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses).
